Cutaro
VERSION 1.0 · 2026

End-User License Agreement

Cutaro is an early-stage product. These terms may be refined before public sale. Questions: hello@cutaro.app.

By installing or using Cutaro (the “Software”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. License (one-time + updates)

Subject to payment of the applicable fee, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your own working machines for your video-editing purposes. A one-time purchase covers the major version you bought and its minor updates (e.g. 1.0 → 1.x). Future major versions may require a paid upgrade. Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale, one license is for one user.

2. Restrictions

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual-property rights remain with the licensor.

4. Third-party components

The Software includes or uses third-party components (including FFmpeg and the “docx” library) under their own licenses, which prevail for those components. The optional “mixed audio” feature sends audio to AssemblyAI using your own key; see our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You assume the risk of use. Keep backups of your projects.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits). Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

7. Term

The license is perpetual unless you breach these terms, in which case it terminates and you must uninstall the Software.
